Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
Please contact us to make arrangements for an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, all items must be returned to us within seven days, in their original packaging. TamsJewelry only accepts unworn items for exchange. Make sure to include your order number, and the item you would like to exchange with your return shipment. Once your return is on it’s way, please message us the tracking info. Please note: we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so you may wish to purchase insurance through your shipping carrier. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we ask that you give us the chance to resolve any issue prior to return. If satisfactory arrangements cannot be made, we will refund your payment, minus shipping. To be eligible for return, items must be shipped back to us within seven days. Return/Exchange Policy for Custom Pieces:
Due to the special occasion nature of our custom pieces, we can only honor an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving your item. If upon arrival of your purchase, you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours to begin the process of returning your item. Any requests made after the 24 hour period, will not be considered for return. Please read all descriptions carefully, and contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.

Shipping via USPS First class mail you should receive your order 3-10 business days from receipt of payment. International orders are taking 14 to 45 days by first class mail for most destinations. Buyer responsible for all customs fees.

Jewelry Care:
To maintain the longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing in showers, pools, hot tubs, or any other body of water with harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in an air tight bag when not in use. Always remove jewelry before applying lotions, perfumes, or hand soap. All of our items come with a sample Polishing Cloth. We recommend you use this as needed to easily wipe away dirt and oxidation.
